Requirements to Use Planly's TikTok Analytics:
- Ensure you have a TikTok Business Account connected to access Planly's TikTok Analytics.
- Analytics cover videos published through Planly and other methods.
- Note that TikTok's API offers insights primarily for individual video posts; account-level insights might have limitations.
- Business Accounts with over 100 followers will be able to see Audience Analytics
- Analytics are stored for a duration of 2 years in Planly.
- Please be aware that TikTok Analytics only pertains to the connected TikTok account and not its associated Instagram page.
- Most metrics update approximately once every 24 hours.
- If data for a specific metric is missing or unavailable, the display will show 0 as the result. For example, the Average Video View Time metric will appear as 0 for non-video posts.
- Reposted content from other accounts might not provide complete insights; video metrics might show as 0 for such content.
Accessing Planly's TikTok Analytics
- Open the side menu and select Analytics > TikTok.
- pick the TikTok account you wish to analyze from the social channel dropdown. The default selection will be the TikTok account connected earliest.
Refreshing TikTok Account and Viewing Results
If requested, refresh your TikTok account to view the latest results. Click on the Refresh button at the center of the screen to load your TikTok Analytics.
Selecting Time Range
After choosing the TikTok account, determine the time range for which you want to review the results.
- On the right side, you'll find a calendar input. Click on it to set your desired time range.
- Alternatively, use the pre-made time batches in the left menu or set a custom time range.

The darker the color, the more active followers you had during the given time range. You can drag the slider to the right to see the most active hours and days.
