General Requirements for Using Planly's Facebook Analytics
- You need to have a Facebook Business Account to connect and access Planly's Facebook Analytics
- The insights include post analytics published via Planly and via other publishing methods.
- Meta Graph API only allows Facebook page insights. Facebook group insights are not available within the scope of Graph API.
- Due to Meta limitations, some metrics may not be available for Facebook pages with less than 100 likes
- Insights will be stored for 2 years in Planly.
- The insights given for Facebook Analytics do not count for the Instagram Page that is connected to that Facebook page.
- Most metrics are updated once every 24 hours.
- If the insights data you are requesting do not exist or is currently unavailable, it will display 0 instead of a result. For example, the Average Video view post metric will display 0 if you are posting a single photo post.
- If you are reposting a video post of another account and retrieve its insights, video metrics will display 0 for that reposted content.
