We hate to see you going. But if you decide to move on with Planly free account, use this guide.
Before cancelling your paid account, please keep this consideration in mind:
In order to cancel a paid plan, you have to be the Account owner.
Once you downgrade to the free plan, at the end of your billing cycle, you will be asked to remove extra users and channels that exceed the fee plan. Check out the pricing page to know which features are supported in the free plan.
If you don't remove extra users, your latest added social channels and users will be automatically paused. Please remove your extra channels and users to have undisruptive experience.
How to cancel paid account and switch to a free plan on Planly?
- Go to Settings > Billing details
- Click Manage plan button on your current paid plan
- On the Cancel plan page, scroll down and click Free plan hyperlink
- Follow the prompts to downgrade to Free plan
