If you are subscribed to Planly , you can update your payment mehtod and billing information any time on the platform. Please keep in mind that only the account owner can add or update billing information.
Before explaining how to update billing information, keep in mind the differences of between each.
Payment method refers to a payment method that you can use to make purchase Planly. Such as credit or debit card. Also you need to enter details like country and email adress.
Billing information in the context of Planly is any information that you want to inlcude to your invoice., spesific details about your business that you want to display in your invoice. It can be your business adress line, tax ID, country, state, city, and phone number.
How to update your payment method on Planly?
- Go to Settings and then Billing details in Planly
- Click Update payment method button on the Payment Method section
- Enter your new card details or update email adress
- Update details about your country and contact information
- Click Save card to finish
How to update your billing information on Planly?
- Go to Settings and then Billing details in Planly
- Click Edit your billing info button on the Billing info section
- Enter your billing details mentioned above
- Click Save button to finish
