We all need some changes in life. So do our passwords. So, here are how you can change your password in Planly.
Password Requirements
Planly has a requirement when setting a password. Your password has to be between 8-128 characters limit.
How to change your password in Planly?
If you are logged in to Planly in your browser:
- Go to Settings > Password in your account
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password and repeat
- Click the Change Password button
Your password will be changed to the new one.
Forgot your password?
If you are logged in to Planly but don't remember your password:
- Go to Settings > Password
- Click Get reset password link button
You will receive a password reset request email. Either click the Change Password button in the email or enter the password reset code to the given code popup. Your password will be set to the new one.
Can't log in to your Planly account?
If you can't log in to your Planly account you can reset your password with the email connected to Planly account. To reset:
- Make sure you're logged out of your Planly account
- Go to Planly log-in page and enter your email connect to the Planly account
- Check your email for the password reset link
- Click Change Password button to verify your new password
The password reset link will expire in 60 minutes.
Didn't get the password reset email?
If you haven't received the password reset email consider these tips:
Check your spam or promotions folders
Make sure you are entering the right email address. İf you are using a company email system, the email may be blocked before reaching your inbox. Please ask your administrator to allow email from the @planly.com domain.
