You can change your email address at any time in Planly. Changing your email address can help you when you want to:
- transfer ownership of your account
- move to a new email
- don't use your previous email anymore
You can always get back to your previous email by following the same steps mentioned below. To change your email address:
- Go to the Settings
- Switch to Email section under the Account Settings tab
- Type the new email and click the Change email button
You will get a confirmation email in the email address you want to set as the main email. Either type the Verification code in the request message or click the Verify email button to finish the new email setup.
The Verification code is only valid for 60 minutes.
