Account owner is the owner of the account on Planly. They have the access to Billing and other account details, can add users to Teams, and add or remove social channels.
How to check if you are the account owner?
If you can access the following pages, that means you are the Account Owner:
- Billing
- Teams
Note: You can be an account owner in one Planly account and a member in another Planly account with the same email.
What the Account Owner Can Do
Only the Account Owner can do the following:
- Add or remove social channels and users
- Refresh the connected social channels
- Create new Teams
- See account billing details and payment history
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Delete your account
