If you're subscribed to Planly, updating your payment method or billing information is simple and can be done at any time. Please note that only the Account Owner has the ability to manage billing details.
Understanding Payment Method vs. Billing Information
Payment Method:
Refers to the credit or debit card details used to purchase Planly. You’ll also need to provide your country and email address associated with the card.Billing Information:
Refers to the information displayed on your invoice, such as your business address, tax ID, country, state, city, and phone number. This is especially useful for businesses that require specific invoice details.
How to Update Your Payment Method on Planly
Navigate to Settings > Billing Details.
In the Payment Method section, click Update Payment Method.
Enter your new credit or debit card details.
Update your country and email address if needed.
Click Save Card to finalize your updates.
How to Update Your Billing Information on Planly
Go to Settings > Billing Details.
In the Billing Info section, click Edit Your Billing Info.
Fill in the required details:
Business name
Tax ID
Address (line, city, state, and country)
Phone number
Click Save to complete the process.
Tips:
Double-check your email and card details before saving to avoid payment issues.
Keep your billing information accurate to ensure your invoices meet business requirements.
