How to Change Your Plan in Planly?

If you want to update your subscription plan in Planly, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan by following these steps. Please note that only the Account Owner has the ability to manage subscription plans.

Important Notes:

  • When updating your subscription plan before the end of your billing cycle, the new plan will be charged at full price immediately.

  • To avoid losing any remaining credit from your current plan, it’s recommended to wait until the end of your billing cycle before changing plans.

Steps to Update Your Subscription Plan:

  1. Go to Billing Details:

    • Navigate to Settings > Billing Details in your Planly dashboard.

  2. Choose Change Plan:

    • In the Current Plan section, click the Change Plan button.

  3. Select a New Plan:

    • Review the available plans.

    • Choose between Monthly or Yearly subscriptions (you can save 20% with an annual plan).

  4. Pick the Plan That Fits Your Needs:

    • Click the Select This Plan button for the plan you want.

  5. Review Changes (For Downgrades):

    • If you’re downgrading, carefully review the changes to ensure they meet your needs.

    • Click the Downgrade Plan button to confirm.

  6. Update Payment Method (If Required):

    • Enter or update your payment details if prompted.

  7. Confirm the Plan Change:

    • Click Start or Subscribe to finalize your new subscription plan.
