Go to Settings > Billing Details in the Planly dashboard.
Click the Change Plan button under your current paid plan.
On the Change Plan page, scroll to the bottom and click the Cancel Your Subscription hyperlink.
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm cancellation.
What Happens After Cancellation?
Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
No further charges will be applied unless you reactivate your subscription.
All scheduled posts, media, and features tied to your plan will be limited based on Planly’s free account features once the cycle ends.

Can I switch from a monthly to a yearly plan?
Yes! When you upgrade to a yearly plan, you’ll save 20% compared to monthly payments. Follow the steps under How to Change Your Subscription Plan to make the switch.
Will I lose my scheduled posts if I downgrade my plan?
If your new plan includes fewer social channels or scheduled posts, you’ll need to adjust your setup accordingly. Planly will notify you of any limits exceeded during the downgrade process.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If a payment is missed, subscription will be cancelled. You’ll need to update your payment method under Billing Details to continue your subscription. If payment isn’t resolved, your account will be downgraded to a free plan after the grace period.
