As an account owner, you can upgrade or downgrade your Planly subscription to suit your needs. Follow these steps to update your plan:
Important Notes:
Only account owners can change subscription plans.
If you update your plan before the end of your billing cycle, the new plan will be charged at the full price immediately. Any remaining credits from your current plan will not carry over. To avoid extra charges, consider waiting until your current billing cycle ends.
Steps to Change Your Plan:
Log in to your Planly account.
Navigate to Settings > Billing Details in the app.planly.com dashboard.
In the Current Plan section, click Change Plan.
Review the available plans. Choose between Monthly or Yearly billing options (save 20% with annual subscriptions).
Select the plan that best suits your needs and click Select This Plan.
If downgrading, review the changes and confirm by clicking Downgrade Plan.
Update your payment method if required.
Click Start or Subscribe to finalize your new plan.
